Ingredients:

glass of cold milk

dash cream
Preparations:
Add
coffee and cocoa to milk. Add cream to smoothen.
Piņa Colada Smoothie
Ingredients:

1/2 cups diced Maui GoldŽ Pineapple

medium, ripe banana, sliced (optional)

cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 to
3 tbsp sugar or frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation:
Freeze pineapple and banana pieces on wax paper (keep each fruit
separate).
Transfer to sealable plastic freezer bags and return to freezer
until ready to use.
To make smoothie, combine pineapple, banana, coconut milk and
sugar or juice concentrate in electric blender container. Whirl
until mixture is smooth.
Makes 2 cups (2 servings)
Banana Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:

ripe bananas

ripe mangoes

tablespoon honey

ice cubes
1/4
cup apple juice or coconut milk (depending on personal
choice)
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Serve in a tall glass.
Pineapple Iced Tea
Ingredients:

tea bags
1/2
cup sugar
4
cups boiling water
fresh mint
juice of 3 lemons
5
tablespoons pineapple juice
Preparation:
Place tea bags and sugar in a 2-quart pitcher. Add 4 cups of
boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags. Steep
fresh mint leaves in tea for at least 3 minutes. Remove mint
leaves. Add lemon and pineapple juices. Fill the pitcher with
cold water.
Serve
over ice.
Garnish with pineapple and fresh mint leaves.
Raspberry Sizzle
Ingredients:

1/2 cups raspberry juice or cranberry juice

scoops raspberry sherbet

cup sparkling water
1/2
cup frozen raspberries
Preparations:
Mix all
ingredients in a blender.
